These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Her Digital Era ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using the site at herdigitalera.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything that happens under it.

2. Course access and license

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course materials for your own learning. You may not share your account, resell access, redistribute the materials, or use them to train AI models.

We may add, update, or retire lessons over time. We do our best to give reasonable notice before removing content you have paid for.

3. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency listed there and may include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize us and our provider to charge your chosen payment method.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email hi@herdigitalera.com from the address on your account. Refunds may be declined if you have completed more than 30% of the course or downloaded substantial templates and resources.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, mirror, or republish course content, audio, video, or templates.
• Use the Service to harass others or to post unlawful content.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund.

6. Your content

Reflections, notes, and other content you submit remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content so we can provide the Service to you.

7. No professional advice or income guarantee

Her Digital Era is educational. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or business advice, and we do not guarantee any specific income or business outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

8. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, audio, written content, templates, brand marks, and the site itself are owned by Her Digital Era or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

9. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers for hosting, authentication, email, analytics, and payments. Their handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Her Digital Era operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
